Kanuni za Matumizi

Kwa ufupi: Tumia Potiva kwa uaminifu. Sehemu zenye watu wengine — kama soko la PangoPoa — zinahitaji heshima na ukweli. Tunazuia udanganyifu na maudhui mabaya.

1. Sheria za msingi

Unapotumia Potiva, hutakiwi:

Kudanganya, kuiba, au kutapeli watu wengine.
Kuweka taarifa za uongo — bei, picha, au maelezo yasiyo ya kweli.
Kuvunja sheria za Tanzania.
Kuweka maudhui ya matusi, chuki, au yanayodhalilisha.
Kuweka taarifa binafsi za mtu mwingine bila ridhaa yake (mfano namba ya NIDA).
Kuharibu au kujaribu kuvunja usalama wa mfumo.

2. Soko la PangoPoa

Unapotangaza nyumba au huduma:

Tangaza vitu halisi tu unavyomiliki au una ruhusa navyo.
Bei na maelezo yawe ya kweli.
Usiombe malipo ya awali kwa udanganyifu.

Kuhusu uthibitisho: Kwa sasa alama za “Amethibitishwa” hazijaanza. Hatuonyeshi alama ya uthibitisho ambayo si ya kweli. Kila mara hakiki mwenyewe kabla ya kulipa au kukabidhi taarifa nyeti.

3. Kuripoti tatizo

Ukiona tangazo au mtumiaji anayevunja kanuni hizi, tumia kitufe cha kuripoti ndani ya programu au tuandikie msaada@potiva.app. Tutachunguza na kuchukua hatua.

4. Hatua tunazochukua

Tukigundua ukiukwaji, tunaweza kuondoa tangazo, kuonya, au kusimamisha akaunti — kutegemea uzito wa jambo.

5. Wewe ndiye unayewajibika

Potiva ni jukwaa linalounganisha watu. Miamala na makubaliano ni kati yako na mtu mwingine. Kagua vizuri, kutana sehemu salama, na uwe makini na taarifa nyeti.

In short: Use Potiva honestly. Areas with other people — like the PangoPoa marketplace — require respect and truth. We block fraud and harmful content.

1. Basic rules

When using Potiva, you must not:

Deceive, steal from, or scam others.
Post false information — untrue prices, photos, or descriptions.
Break Tanzanian law.
Post abusive, hateful, or degrading content.
Post someone else's personal data without their consent (e.g. a NIDA number).
Damage or try to break the security of the system.

2. PangoPoa marketplace

When you list a property or service:

List only real things you own or are allowed to offer.
Keep prices and descriptions truthful.
Don't ask for advance payment fraudulently.

About verification: “Verified” badges are not active yet. We never show a verification badge that isn't real. Always check for yourself before paying or handing over sensitive details.

3. Reporting a problem

If you see a listing or user breaking these rules, use the in-app report button or write to msaada@potiva.app. We'll investigate and act.

4. What we do about violations

If we find a violation, we may remove a listing, warn, or suspend an account — depending on how serious it is.

5. You are responsible

Potiva is a platform that connects people. Transactions and agreements are between you and another person. Check carefully, meet in safe places, and be careful with sensitive information.
